Employment Law Courses
The Employment Law training is offered to reps at two levels:
- Introductory courses delivered in regions aimed at Workplace Reps and other Reps
- Advanced courses delivered at national level for experienced Reps and negotiators
1-day introductory courses are designed to give you an introduction to employment law generally as well as specific law courses.
Advanced courses are usually longer and are designed to help experienced reps involved in negotiating and representation develop a more complex understanding of employment law. Courses are offered on issues that you may be involved in at the workplace.
