UNISON is the biggest union for police staff in England, Scotland and Wales. We have 44,000 police members in all forces, with the exception of the Met, City of London and British Transport Police.

UNISON aims to make the police service a better place to work for police staff by

  • Listening to what our members want
  • Negotiating better pay and conditions
  • Promoting and pursuing diversity and equality in everything we do
