Complaints Procedure

UNISON Welfare aims to ensure that any issue you may have regarding 'Octopus' the Lottery is dealt with promptly and in confidence.

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact the Head of UNISON Welfare in any of the following ways:

  • By email welfare@unison.co.uk
  • In writing to Julie Grant, Lottery Manager, UNISON Welfare, 1 Mabledon Place, London WC1H 9AJ

Your complaint will be fully investigated and a response issued within 15 working days.

If the matter cannot be resolved internally by the charity, it would then be referred to IBAS (Independent Betting and Adjudication Service) or the Gambling Commission
