National Women's Conference 2012

The 2012 UNISON National Women's Conference takes place from 1.15pm Thursday 16 February - 1.00pm Saturday 18 February 2012 at the Brighton Centre, Brighton.

Timetable

  • Deadline for submitting Motions and Amendments to Standing Orders: 12.00noon, Thursday 20 October 2011
  • Publication of Preliminary Agenda: Friday 11 November 2011
  • Deadline for Registration of Delegates: 5.00pm, Friday 18 November 2011
  • Deadline for Submission of Amendments: 12.00noon, Wednesday 14 December 2011
  • Publication of Final Agenda: Friday 13 January 2012
  • Deadline for submitting Emergency Motions: 9.00am, Thursday 9 February 2012

Branches are encouraged to arrange accommodation through VisitBrighton - the Conference Delegate Accommodation Bureau.  Using the booking service supports the work of our members in local government and ensures our continuing ability, as a not-for-profit organisation, to secure preferential rates for our conference venues.

National Women's Committee Annual Report

The Annual report will be moved formally at conference on the morning of Friday 17th February. Please note that only written questions on the report will be accepted. If a UNISON branch of regional women's group wish to submit a question, they must do so in writing to Sharon Greene, MPU 130 Euston Rd, London NW1 2AY or s.greene@unison.co.uk - no later than 5pm on 6th February.
