Bargaining Tools provides you with model agreements and model claims that you can pick off the shelf and change to suit your needs.

Take the model claim that suits you and copy and paste the economic background from the most recent Bargaining Update (download the latest one from here) and Local Statistics (Link to a PDF document on this sitedownload PDF).

Use the Paybill Calculator (download spreadsheet) to work out the effect of different pay deals on staff wages your employers paybill.

If you do negotiate an agreement, please email us a copy to build up the Bargaining Information System database.
